Kates Plate
Good
food and nutrition is such an important part of life and yet
in our busy lives many people are turning more and more to
processed foods and take aways. There are also an increasing
number of people suffering from food intolerances to gluten,
lactose or nuts and health conditions for example Candida,
IBS, High Cholesterol levels, all of which can be greatly
improved by dietary intervention.
Kates
Plate has been established to inspire people to enjoy food,
help people gain confidence in cooking and discover new ingredients
and tastes. The small classes include dietary advice, cookery
demonstrations and some hands on experience in an unintimidating,
friendly environment. The workshops run on various dates and
can be adapted to suit individual needs and dietary preferences.
Seasonal
fresh ingredients are used in the demonstrations of simple
yet delicious dishes. All ingredients for the workshops are
